BND participates in the Federal Reserve Bank's Settlement Program. Under this program, respondent institutions can utilize BND's account at the Federal Reserve Bank for automatic charge or credit of services with the Federal Reserve Bank. BND, in turn, will charge or credit the respondent's account at BND.
